How does a vegetable share work?

A share is a portion of the weekly vegetable harvest. One share of vegetables is intended to average 7 lbs of vegetable plus greens. The summer and winter season are each 18 weeks. We plan to begin summer shares in June and the winter shares in October.

In addition to vegetables, we offer freshly baked bread, a cow share program, mushrooms, raw cheese and periodically meat from our cows or steers. Our newsletter will keep you updated on the season and give you recipe ideas
